Returning an order from the YourHanger webshop.
we can hardly imagine that you are not satisfied with your real YourHanger hangers, but it can always happen that you regret your purchase. you can then return your order up to 14 working days after receipt if the product has not been used and the product is still in its original packaging. the return shipment must always include a copy or the original packing slip, otherwise we cannot process the return shipment for you. you must return your order in full. unfortunately, an incomplete order does not entitle you to a refund of the purchase amount.

How do I return an order from YourHanger?
Send your order in its original packaging, and don’t forget the packing slip/confirmation email, to:

Are there any costs associated with a return shipment?
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment.

How long does it take before I receive my purchase price back?
As soon as we have received your complete return shipment at YourHanger, we will ensure that the costs for the purchase in question are refunded as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 days.

Will I receive a refund of the shipping costs of my original purchase in the YourHanger webshop?
If the full order is returned, YourHanger will refund the shipping costs of your original order.
If the return shipment concerns a part of the order, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed as they are calculated on the basis of the complete order.

What should I do if I am satisfied with my order but there is damage to a product?
Of course, it is always possible that something went wrong during the transport or processing of your order, resulting in damage to your order. do not hesitate to contact our service team directly. fill in the contact form or send an email to we will then quickly get to work for you to solve the problem. Please note that we don’t respond very quickly on weekends.

How long does it take before I receive my order?
we deliver orders to consumers every working day. orders placed before 15.00 hrs. are in principle delivered tomorrow! so when placing an order at the weekend, you should keep in mind that your order will only be shipped on the next working day, Monday. you can then expect your order within a maximum of three days.
for orders to an address outside the netherlands, it may take a little longer for your package to arrive at its destination, however, also applies here; ordered before 15:00, your order will be shipped the same day. no rights can be derived from the terms of delivery. YourHanger cannot be held liable for any damage caused as a result of a late delivery of an order. always keep in mind that an order can be delivered later due to circumstances. nevertheless, YourHanger’s goal is always to have your order delivered tomorrow before 15.00 hours!

What are the shipping costs?
For orders with a consumer value below € 50,- you pay € 5,99 in shipping costs. For orders with a consumer value above € 50,- you pay no shipping costs.
If you want your package to be delivered outside the EU, please contact our service department.

Can I also order separate clothes hangers?
The hangers are sold in bundles, so it is not possible to order the hangers individually, for example. On the product pages of the various hangers you can find out what the minimum order quantity is.

Can I put together a clothes hanger package myself?
There is a minimum order quantity per hanger, as long as you meet this requirement you can mix everything together.
